Ink and some watercolour on paper... a small sketch from a bird shop.
A tiny waxbill with an injured leg is disheartening.... who will notice?

Painted with a Swainson's hawk feather, my starling's molted feathers, and a woodpecker feather.

I have to compliment you on the flow and continuity I see in all your pictures. You are an expert at directing the eye. This picture seems to exemplify that. I see you really know how to use your tools.
