Edit:Ok finally got the real grey picture up.
Scanners >:U
I dunno I didn't like that ugly brownish tint the scan was giving the pic....

Anyways, here's a Nicobar pigeon drawing, referenced from an awesome photo and the one at Marine World. MY MOST FAVOURITE PIGEON EVER. Even more than the Dodo and Victoria Crowned Pigeon AND double toothed pigeon combined.
OMG it's the only reason why I'd go back to Marine world. To see that Nicobar pigeon in that awesome butterfly house. WITH THAT AWESOME ATLAS MOTH. I wanted to hold it, but it wouldn't move. Darn that moth. 8B
Ehehe, I forgot there was a sign that said Don't touch the butterflies/moths ect.... Well I can't help it if the Morphos are all like OMGROFLSWEATYPEOPLE. Poor Atlas moth, he can't eat and only has a week or so to live. :'C

This bird is so heavy and plump feeling I could just grab it. XD

For once you have tasted flight, you will forever walk the earth with your eyes turned skyward, for there you have been, and to there you will always long to return.

Fantastic texture and ruffly feathers! The way you have this piece laid out makes this little bird look 3489723 feet tall and ready to tear down a city.

That is the strangest pigeon I have ever seen. I have never heard of a Nicobar Pigeon, it almost looks like it's bald like a condor! Awesome work on the feathers, they look so natural. The work on the eye really stands out to me, it's almost like you can see the bird thinking to itself through it.

How large is a Nicobar Pigeon?

I love these birds, and yeah they're kind of vulture like. :D

They're around 32 cm or slightly bigger.:)

Some vultures are rather pretty birds, a few can live for quite a few years, over 50 if I'm not mistaken!

Woah, 32 cm? That's a huge pigeon! Thanks for the info.

brilliant you are, madam

Nicobar Pigeons are indeed awesome. But I like Victorias the most, working with them for several years made me feel true passion for these giant pigeons. And they are really funny creatures, they like to play  But speaking of your drawing - it's superb  I love the details in the feathers and scales are just brilliant :w00t: Great job!
