Knowing when to stop is the greatest struggle in art.

Well it's done, the three headed baboon-kirin... thing.
In drawing inks and sumi ink.

It's illegal to throw people off a bridge. Our justice system is unfair.

NyQuil is the best stuff ever invented! Who cares if you don't have a cold? You can use it for sleep deprivation too!:la:

Oh god, the scales!

Awesome work!

Love the fur on its mane and chest. So real looking!

May your organs fail before your dreams fail you.

Oh hey you're a fan of E Nomine too? They're one of my favorite bands.

I really like the composition and design of the creature in this one. The details are <3 too

If you're not happy with the colors you can always go into photoshop and mess with the levels

"From the midst of the radiant light, the intrinsic sound of Truth will resound like the rumble of a thousand thunderclaps. Do not fear it! Do not try to flee!"-The Tibetan Book of the Dead

You continue to impress immensely w/ the level of your work, and as always that's a good thing. Those scales must've taken forever, and the blood crimson/tuscon red color gives it a really "I'll bite your head in half if you even THINK about petting me" look. It's practically ready for the battlefield!

You're only as knowledgable as what you know.. The world knows everything you DON'T know. Don't let the world be smarter than you. Make it feel dumb.
:iconmidnightcity:
Dude. Scales on this are intense. I'm always impressed with how you can manipulate the scales to create a dimensional plain on the creature's body. Pretty sweeet.
Loving all that coarse-looking spindle hair too.
:iconhibbary:
Freagin beautiful. I love all the scale details, and the fact that they move and change sizes organically. And it's so very true. : / Knowing when to stop is always difficult. Knowing where to go when you ought to go on is also difficult :D
